Help finding your livestream

If you haven’t booked yet, try the event, performer or organiser’s name below.

Your search and public event details may be sent to our AI matching service. Please don’t include booking references, email addresses or other private details.

Only events whose organisers have agreed to be found appear here. Finding a website does not give you access to its video.

Your place in the audience

From your inbox to the show.

Encore brings the broadcast to you. Your organiser looks after tickets, start times and which recordings you can watch.

  1. Finding your event

Each event has its own website. If you’ve booked or been invited, request your event links above using the same email address. You can also use the link in your booking or invitation email.

  2. Open your secure link

Open the newest event link we send you. It helps you reach the correct event securely. Your booking or invitation still determines what you can watch.

  3. Watching live or again

Your event website shows which broadcasts and recordings are available. Replay access and viewing times are set by the organiser.

HELP WITH WATCHING

Having trouble watching?

Start here if you can’t get into your event, or the picture or sound isn’t right.

I can’t find my booking email. How do I find my event?

Use ‘Send me my event link’ with the email address you used to book or receive your invitation. Check your spam or junk folder too.

If you used a different address, or nothing arrives, contact the organiser using your booking confirmation or event website. They can check your booking. Searching by an event or performer name can help you find the website, but does not give you access to watch.

Request my event link
I have a ticket, but the video isn’t available. Why?

Check the start time and time zone on the event website. Viewing may not have opened yet, the broadcast may be running late, or your ticket may cover a different session.

Being signed in does not mean every video is included. If the event should be available to you, contact the organiser with your booking reference. Do not share your secure sign-in link.

The picture keeps stopping. What can I try?

Check your internet connection, pause other downloads or streams, and move closer to your Wi-Fi router if you can. If the player offers a quality setting, try a lower one.

Refresh the event page once and press play again. If your connection is working but the broadcast still stops, the problem may be with the event’s feed. Check the event website for updates or contact the organiser.

I can see the picture, but there’s no sound.

Check that the player is not muted, then check your device volume and where its sound is going. Headphones, Bluetooth speakers or another connected device may be taking the audio.

Press play yourself if the browser has not started the video. If other audio works on your device but this broadcast is silent, let the organiser know.

Can I switch devices or watch on two at once?

Viewing can be limited to one active session per ticket or invitation. Starting on another device may end viewing on the first. Close the earlier player before trying again.

Use your own sign-in link on the device you want to watch on, and check the event’s viewing rules. Sharing a watch-page address does not give someone else a ticket.

Can I watch from another country?

That depends on the event’s viewing rights and your ticket. Some events are available internationally; others have country restrictions.

Check the event website or ask the organiser before booking if you will be watching abroad. A sign-in link does not override those restrictions.

Can I watch the recording afterwards?

Check your event website for replay dates and which recordings your ticket includes. A replay may take time to appear after the live broadcast.

The organiser decides whether a replay is offered and how long you can watch. Do not assume every ticket includes a recording or that every recording stays available for 30 days.

Who do I contact about my booking or a refund?

Contact the organiser using the details on your event website or booking email. They can check your ticket, explain their refund policy and help with booking problems.

Include your booking reference and a short description of what happened. Never send your password or secure sign-in link.
